Copaxa marona, an original species name that got synonymized with Copaxa decrescens, but is now used for the population in French Guiana. I don't know where marona again becomes decrescens. Do you have a more precise location than French Guiana for these specimens? It is useful for me to incorporate that data (wingspans and dates and elevations also helpful) into the respective species files. I believe the differences between this species and decrescens may be more evident in the larvae than in the adult moths. Probably "discovered" through DNA barcoding.

I'll contact the guy I received them from, if I'm able to get more detailed data I'll e-mail it to you along with wingspan measurements. Thank you for the ID!
