There is a book that may help you at least get it to a family if not genus - Edna Mosher - and the book was on a classification of Lepidoptera based on pupal characteristics. Sorry I cannot assist you more.

I trust you mean "The Pupae of Lepidoptera", Mosher (1913). It seems that, indeed, that might be a good place to find an answer. Thank you.
