Just spotted this post. I know a lot about Zambian Suppliers and as far as I am concerned there is only one in Zambia and that is Nelson Mhango who is one of the biggest scammers of all time so 99.9% sure this Rodger Muyuya is he with another alias. He has had about 5 so far. There is a very small possibility that there is one other supplier but if he is real then he works for Nelson anyway. Do you have this Rodger email and I can check it out for you ?
