Can anyone tell me if they have heard of this guy from France Jules Roulez His Wife ? is called Joanne Angels. The only address I have for him is 25 rue Blaire Pascal and his email is joanneangels70@gmail.com
Is is a bit of a long story but basically he received a parcel for me, from African and was supposed to then send it onto me. He confirmed that he received the parcel on 9th January and confirmed what was in, but he will not answer my emails now.
I now suspect that this person does not really exist and is a scam from the African supplier. I hope someone can enlighten me as to if this guy really exists. Thanks

That would make sense for a scam.
If you are not fluent in French, just post your message here. I could translate. Then post the French answer from the guy here. We ll see easily if monsieur Jules is French or African.
PS: I hope I am not offending anyone here. There is no discrimination in my comment.

Thank you ornithorchid and Africaone for the information, but I still need some proof if this guy exists or not. I have now been given a more complete address for him, so the address is now
25 rue Blaire Pascal
Perpignan
So.France
and a phone number which is no use to me as I speak no French 0033356401855 So I am looking for someone in France to maybe check out if this address is real and perhaps try phoning this number and try to work out if it is him ?

Let him know that you have found an investor who would like to corner the market on Goliathus by purchasing one million five hundred thousand Central African Francs worth of Goliathus. Maybe he can organize the specimens for you and you can meet him at an airport several hours from his home where you will pay him cash in CFA for the shipment of specimens. Let him know that your investor deals in cash only.

This phone number does not exist in France, and no Roulez lives nearby Perpignan ! Rue Blaire Pascal should be Blaise Pascal to be true ... Anywhere I think "Jules Roulez" is a scammer as Ornithorchid said  A+, Michel |

From the phone #:
00-33 for calling France
Then there is a 3 which indicates the area within France (five areas in total). Perpignan is zone 4 not 3. Many signs that would support the scam.

Once again, thank you everyone for taking the time to check this out for me. Yes it looks like another scam, and just waiting for a response from the supplier after showing him all this evidence. If still no satisfaction I will post the whole story
