Does anyone know anything about "jennifer huemer Location: Sichuan, Sichuan China"? She (?) is currently offering some Parnassius in the Classifieds, so I'd like to get any info regarding this person. Thanks.

As she is offering Panarssius specimens and cocoons (note the incorrect spelling of Panarssius in both ads) I would say she is a fake seller.

Yes, and now she is "Kathy tatah", and she sent me a wholesale price-list, addressed to Felix Stumpe (!)... You are absolutely right, pips, and I would not trust her... Thank you.

These adverts crop up regularly, often offering "Panarssius", both dead and "cocoons", and often at totally the wrong time of year for pupae. As always, these are scams. Note also that the IP address is in the US, not China at all. Chances are that the scammer lives on the other side of the Atlantic to Brazil.

Adam. please just note that mispelling is not scam suspect. many dealers and collectors are doing such mispelling (and a such mispelling is quite low rgardaing others from serious dealers or collectors).

Yes it's just a typo, but exactly the same ads (with different names) are posted every few months, and they always turn out to be from scammers.

I saw this post and held in in the queue for a while, but then just recently let it go up. I was thinking perhaps a lot of Chinese people run their homeland businesses from an office in the USA. It could happen, thus the disparity in the IP address of the Classifieds post. But I am more swayed by our Forum members' comments above, especially for Parnassius. I mean, has anyone ever successfully purchased Parnassian pupae from China? I doubt it, but if you have I'd like to hear about it.
