Here's something I did a few years back. It was done in a riker mount to keep it simple. From left to right (off the top of my head) Cymothoe sangaris Appias nero Phoebis sennae - (correction trite) Charaxes eupale Thecla damo Arhopala hercules Attachments:

That gives me a great idea..... I'll take an empty Skittles candy bag and make it look like the leps are flying out of it.... Or not - I would not want to "taste the rainbow"

Very nice colour combination indeed...the colors of the rainbow are actually: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo & violet in that order. Your intention as well? John K.

Yeah, that was the intention. I wanted to show your typical non-ento person that leps come in each color of the rainbow. I threw in the O. poseidon just for size and to fill the space. Sold it a few years back, but I kept a pic just for general purpose. These species worked out nice because they were all monochromatic and close to the same size and shape with the exception of the Thecla damo. I couldn't find another monochromatic blue butterfly that would fit. The Charaxes was tough too, because I was hoping to find a species with a bit more intense green like the Ornithoptera. I also had to buy a few of each species to make sure I got the right color, similar size and quality.
