The bottom one is from Upper Michigan and was thought to be Zale lunata. The other two are from Wisconsin. The top one could be Zale unilineata. Bradleigh

Top is definitely Zale unilineata
Middle is either lunata or minerea... you'd have to see the ST line better as both have these brown forms
Bottom possibly Z. calycantha or a washed out Z. minerea?

The bottom one is pretty faded and missing some scales (and its head). The middle one looked like lunata, and I have others like it. I wasn't sure if they were all the same or not, but finally decided I thought they were. They are all dark and around the same size.
