After responding to my Want to buy ad, which clearly stated PayPal Only, he said he didn't have PayPal. After I sent him my order(14 cocoons), he took a while to respond. When he did he said it was because my order was "Really small" and wanted me to order more. I said that was all I wanted. He hasn't responded since.

There is a big banner in the classifieds warning people about scammers. If they tell you the order is too small, it is because they want more money. There will always be people replying to your want to buy adds. So beware, keep focused on paypal, ask people to send you pictures beforehand or ask them random details about the species beforehand. Difficult to do when you are a beginner, but that is how it is.
