I am quite sure it is a fraud, but I don't understand what kind of fraud it is. Any idea?

Yes, it is definitely a fraud. Usually the "free" specimens have a huge shipping cost to get them to you. Any money sent to them is lost. There is a ring of scammers operating out of Germany. If you run into the name Frank Brummack beware as he will take your money and send nothing. The classified above should probably be removed.
