Bill, small favor to ask here... On the 4th drawer photo located below your A.edwardsii pair + staudingeri you have a large female moth located in the 2nd row / 7th specimen. I can't quite make out the name but, it looks something like "Othgrane hadna" ? It's from Ecuador. Never seen anything quite that size like her before. Though I have seen much smaller related species belonging to that subfamily. Could you provide us with a close- up of this unique species ?

Another point of curiosity here Bill... On your 2nd photo featuring your really nice A. caesar female you have a partially covered-up A. atlas female in the top left corner. She looks extraordinarily large. Which of these two specimens is bigger. And is there ANY chance you could kindly oblige us all with a side to side comparison photo of those two particular specimens ? Wing expanse measurements would be especially nice but, I know I'm reaching. Thank you Bill.....

I believe the moth is Citioica homonea.

Here are a few drawers of African/Asian butterflies that I put together years ago. Mostly Nymphalidae like Charaxes and Hypolimnas. Though they are old they still look quite fresh.

For Valentine's Day, my wonderful wife gave me this Pseudobunaea callista from Malawi which is 150mm. It is the first time I've seen this species for sale here in the ever-shrinking US market.
