Hello,
For the Ornithoptera and Troides, I look for good datas (webside or books) to id my specimens. I have these good books (haugum & low a monograph of the birdwing butterflies) Are they still good enough because lots of things seems to have changed (new species, ssp ...)?
Best

Yeah still a good book, no new species been descovered but a few may have changed names, genus or raised to species from sub species and synonyms sorted out but they are still the same bugs. Tony Nagypals World of Birdwing butterflies, nagypal.com is a very good website

Best Yes I had the same issue. Just google "nagypal ornithoptera" and only select the pages that contain the pictures: www.nagypal.net/images/zzpriamu.htmFor Ornithoptera priamus...

If you have a good antivirus program installed it shouldn't matter if the website is infected.
Adam.
