The bottom (inverted) one is an Evenus; looks close to E. teresina or batesi to me. There's a good, but old, review of this genus by Stan Nicolay and Bob Robbins that should be of help to you.
#1 and #3 both look to me like Pseudolycaena marsyas, and #4 is Pseudolycaena damo. I think that #5 is "Thecla" strophon, There are a couple more species that look a lot like strophon, but strophon is collected a lot more frequently.
