My guess is the article was prepared by some random journalist not entomologist .

That's funny. Out here in California there is a park and nature center in Fontana. They have planted milkweed on the premises and have attracted a lot of monarchs for visitors to enjoy. They have a big wooden sign outside that touts the butterfly colony, but on the sign is a picture of a viceroy! To make matters worse, viceroys do not fly in our area!

I know this African dealer who I think has a dozen or so pairs along with a Bilateral Grand gynandromorph.
You should place an add.
WANTED: Dananus plexippus photoshopi. Must be A-1. Both males and females. Especially a dark morph female.
I bet someone would respond??
