I finally broke down and gave them a try (couldn't pass up $9 Chrysina victorina) They took 2 or 3 days to send shipping info... from Cancun Mexico. Soooo, we'll see if/when things arrive to the Boston area.
As a positive they combined shipping on 15-20 beetles. Don't know yet if that will be a good thing or not.

When I asked about combined shipping they were ver hard to understand and said they could not combine shipping $20 per specimen!!! I ordered a mixed lot so I was willing to pay that excessive amount once. and I made an offer which was accepted and they said it would be combined. So, I am a little confused by them. some stuff is so cheap, like the prepona buy it now for $1. I would have gotten more if they combined shipping. On another note. They still have not shipped my order. i have sent them multiple messages, no response.

I know they sold several hundred specimens this last weekend, so there may be some backlog. Last check my order had officially been picked up by the shipper and was expected by Monday. So far so good.

Well..... Good news and Bad news.
Good news: It came. I bought a lot of 100 silkmoths and sphingids. Many extra specimens, including a hesperiidae mixed in with the moths. Some specimens look great.
Bad news: From Cancun, Mexico. No data except Quintana roo. One specimen is missing: Bought separate from lot, it was the E. ormondei female pictured in another thread. Moldy!!! Smells Terrible!! barely damp. Not all are moldy, several are, especially large bodies.
How do I fix this? I already put them in the freezer but how to I remove the smell? Isopropyl alcohol? Thanks, Tim

Mine arrived as well. As you said a bit of a mixed bag.
Good news: Everything arrived and pretty quick (little over a week) I ordered 21 beetles and received 24 (A pair of cerambycidae and a large 110mm megasoma were added) Several of the specimens were gorgeous and huge Most of these were quite reasonably priced A couple were fresh, as in still fully hydrated and fully flexible Almost no damage to any specimens
Less good news: Shipped from Mexico not Texas No data as such Damage to one specimen happened to be the biggest (all pieces still there) Several of the specimens I purchased were swapped for other numbers. In all cases they look comparable or a little better The fully hydrated specimens were okay because it was cool here, but on a warmer day/week it might have been causing some mold Smelled pretty darn strong, not sure if it is some sort of preservative or what. Airing out seemed to help Large specimens shipped with no packaging, just in the cotton/mesh batting so all the claws were sticking and it was delicate work to get them out The plastic case it shipped in had a lot of dust and debris that didn't match anything I had purchased, so I assume it was reused from somewhere. There were a couple dermestid shells in the bottom, but I looked over all specimens and didn't see anything. Still quarantining in the freezer for a few weeks as usual.
Overall it was a pretty good transaction in general. I would probably order some more specimens from them, as long as they looked well packaged in the auction. I would be a bit hesitant on things that seem to be loose.

Well... from my side things are not that good. Have purchased something expensive, and paid $30.00 (!) for an express delivery which still did not come through. The shipment has been confirmed, but I recieved 2 different tracking codes for 2 different shippers: one for UPS express, one for DHL international express. Both are dead end codes. The seller does not respond to my mails. Smells bad!

Also makes it brittle and destroys DNA.

Item received today. A little mold but easily came off. Specimen measured exact length advertised, very happy about this. Many sellers get this wrong btw No data. When I asked it was given including collectors name. Very happy with overall service. Shipping is costly however.

Never recieved the purchased item, never got any answer from Oscar Sanchez, the seller. At least the ebay system helps in such kind of troubles... it's good to get the money back. But it's very sad to see such poorly serious sellers. I can not understand how they run their business.

Some of the specimens had dust/scale like materials caked on the abdomens. What does this? It comes off but the specimens are light as a feather and when I relaxed one it literally fell apart when I tried to spread it.(wings, antennae and head fell off). Some specimens do look good. I will be posting some for ID in the future including some automeris and other silkmoths.
I know nothing about non-US sphingidae, are there any sought after sphingidae from Mexico? I was surprised at the huge size of some. I am planning to sell most of the sphinx on ebay. Do you think they would sell better set rather than papered?

The specimen you are talking about most likely have been effected by mold. The interior and muscles were consumed therefore wings and all other parts are hold by thin skeleton only . Apply some glue onto the joins to strength the specimen after dry .

Depends on who you're trying to sell to and what you mean by set. If you set them with wings and antennae out and then frame them, that might be attractive to some folks. The problem with set specimens is it's going to make bigger, more expensive shipping packages and be harder to safely ship most of them. Once you get all the delicate bits sticking out, it's way easier to break them in shipping. Then people get cranky and want their money back. Serious collectors will probably be more interested in papered specimens.

Thank you Paul.
Set=mounted=spread. I meant without framing it. I have shipped specimens like this several times with no problem. Pinned in one box, then put into a larger box with bubble wrap in between the two. I would only ship in the US anyways. I do see what you mean though. Then again like you said, they may want to spread themselves or possibly in a unique way.
