Okay, I wasn't sure if you meant something like a Riker mount. Those you can ship with little fear of damage.

... and when I relaxed one it literally fell apart when I tried to spread it.(wings, antennae and head fell off). ... The specimen was poorly stored immediately after it was collected - and it literally rotted from the inside out. The exoskeleton remains intact so it looks like an ok specimen until you spread it - then you find out that it is literally hollow. This would explain the smell that you and others mentioned when you received your package. Your bugs were putrefied. It sounds to me like this seller is, by and large, dealing in crap. Missing or poor data, moldy beetles, and rotten leps. Not to mention exporting bugs from Mexico without proper paper work - which is a real issue for collectors in the US. Are these bugs really worth it? John

"The specimen was poorly stored immediately after it was collected - and it literally rotted from the inside out."
I found this problem rather strange. I have collected some specimens of the same species , same day, same size, same location, stored them in The same container besides each other, freeze them and dry them after. Strangely one in 5 of them happend to be effected inside. For avarange 100 specimen it happend to one of them. Keep in mind that this is in tropical climat.
