I saw this caterpillar back in March in Vancouver, Canada. Any help identifying is greatly appreciated!

I looked that up and saw there's 4 species that live in British Columbia: Prionoxystus robiniae, Acossus populi (Aspen Carpenterworm), Acossus centerensis (Poplar Carpenterworm), and Givira cornelia. The only one I could find a picture of was Prionoxystus robiniae. Looked close - I'm not sure if there's colour variations because the piture I saw had some red on its back. I believe I read that Acossus centerensis was present at a different time of year. Any idea on narrowing down which species? Thanks for the reply!
