Dear friends, I just wanted to inform you that I am trying to build an alternative to eBay for insect collectors, a new marketplace called " Insect-Deal" to buy and sell your insects. Already 20 international sellers has joined (some eBay sellers and some classic sellers) and 500 items listed. 50 items were sold yesterday, so the start is good. There are very low fees for sellers versus eBay so sellers can offer bigger rarities or better prices. All items are verified with entomological knowledge so you won't find fake, protected species or bad sellers like on eBay. It is important for our entomological community to try and retake the control of the insect trade. EBay is increasing their fees year after year and may ban the animal trade on their website one day. If you want to have a look, it is here : www.insect-deal.comThere are some WORLD RARITIES listed like Graphium kosii kosii, Papilio lampsacus, rare Morphos and many others. If you have some comments, good or bad, you can PM me.

Is it worth posting the discussion on here so that others can weigh in, or do you prefer it only by PM? I was thinking it might reduce the number of times you hear the same thing over and over again.
