Hi sam9710, Welcome to this great site. Posting pics is pretty easy. 1. Have pic ready and available which is smaller than 2mb. 2. Click on Add Attachments at upper right........note that after u post a pic, the Add Attachments becomes Edit Attachments. When u click Add Attachments, a box will appear. 3. Click on +Add Files4. Click on pic to use....this will generate a list of locations you pic retrievable from. Select the pic to use and then Click on Done5. After the progress bar finishes (and it does turn from blue to green), Cick on Insert. This will put your pic directly into the text of your Reply or post. 6. You can now Click on Done ...or... Add Files if you want more than one pic. 7. Now you Click on either Preview at lower left or Create Post at lower right and voila.....u r done. If u click on Preview, you'll have to click on Create Post to actually post your message. Remember.....u can Edit a posting if u see a mistake was made. We all make them and all of us have posted pics 'off' somehow.....no one will jump on you for this. Good luck and do try.....we'll love seeing more pics.

I will add a little advice to this part. Before you click 'Insert' in the small window you should click the place in the main reply text where you want your photo to appear. If you do not choose a place to insert the photo it is automatically placed at the bottom of the post.
Adam.

Thanks Adam...good point. When I post, I often Insert all the pics, then type text around them. Either way should work and I should have mentioned it.

I just purchased on Insect-deal C.andromeda esmeralda with pink/purple colour instead of blue also. My C.andromeda bandusia has blue tips, I am not the expert on those as I just started to collect them but the difference between esmeralda and bandusia is very hard to determinate other than esmeralda occurs in Para State and bandusia in Amazonas State.

Butterflies of Americas has only type specimen photo which looks like very dark purple/blue. www.butterfliesofamerica.com/L/t/Cithaerias_a.htmDoes anyone know access to more photos?

Hi Paulk It seems that C.andromeda esmeralda males has both blue and purple forms.U can also find many pictures of blue types esmeralda on the internet, and the bandusia males only has the blue form, but their females are quite diffierent. Simon will help me post my pictures later.T_T Sam
