Since it is now after New Year here I would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone on Insectnet a very Happy New Year and lots of interesting specimens in 2018.

Happy New Years to one and all.
I spent most of Saturday cleaning my Light Traps, replacing Light Bulbs, Rain Drain Screens, Foam Seals and Springs. Cleaning Bait Traps, patching/mending screen and checking Rope, Tether Bands and cleaning Platforms. I will be ready for warmer weather. It is currently a balmy 10 degrees. The next day with a temp above freezing, 6 January 2018. And then only 33 degrees.
