Trustworthy. However, material quality is often bad (see photos on its pages, I received part of specimens declared as A1 quality with missing tarsi,without 1 mandible etc.), determination sometimes doubtful (if not done by foreign specialist) and prices rather out of reality (also at common species). But step by step all these things improve.
