Anyone know what happened to Peter Jakubek both his Esperaza web site and email have disappeared. I know he has a large number of unsatisfied customers over the year.

I guess his insect business didn't work due to his lack of professionalism.

I think he's in the wrong job, reading that feedback I wouldn't even buy pins from him, they would probably come damaged and he wouldn't accept the blame.

Actually, I have dealt with him a few times, the last time by accident on eBay not realising it was him, and I've never had a problem with him.

With 22 negative feedbacks on ebay, I can't believe anyone would buy from him.

I do not know him and I never dealt with him. But the 21 negative feedbacks come
from 2 customers and 1 from a "privat" registered Ebay customer !!! 22 negative fbs are
relatively much in one year - 2 unsatisfied customers relatively few.
499 positive fbs are noted for the same period (I didn't count the customers)
If ever he had, what I need - I would risk a deal !

transactions.

There are always some people ( fortunately small percentage of )
that will never be happy and will always complaine no matter what you do. I know as I am dealing with my customers everyday too.
I don’t buy specimens so I don’t care too much but 94.5% score I wouldn’t be worry if I want to order something.
