Here the advertiser offers them with proper permits. I have read no good reports about him, but I may be wrong.

Michael is breeding them on Guadalcanal and others are breeding on malaita and New Georgia. Only a few middlemen are acting as licensed brokers. They can get the cites license but whether they do I can’t say. As for the U.K. seller I have no idea.
