A great work on both the white Dynastes (granti, et al) and giant Dynastes (hercules).
Does not cover satanas or neptunus.
Much analysis has gone into study of horn characteristics, and photos are included, but the photos are small and not very useful (my sole complaint). However, the written description of horn characteristics does the trick.
