I am currentlyonl allowed only one photograph per post. At one time I could insert numerous photographs. Is it possible to do so again?

I tried today to create a thread and add a picture and went thru the usual procedure which I have used before and yet no picture came thru... only a short script saying attachment1........ I went thru the same procedure on collectorsecret .forum and my photo's posted as always. What gives?

I always have used the "Add Attachment" button and after the forum changed owners the attachment limit went from 3 to 1.

Thank you mothman27. I appreciate your imput and possible help. The thing is I am only trying to post 1 picture as I always have and instead of my picture popping up when it has loaded and been inserted all I get is this one line script with brackets. I have never had this happen before on this forum and never on the other one. I've tried multiple times and am still baffled. Admittedly, though I'm by no means computer savy and even you young fella's blow me away with your computer adeptness.

Nice catch there Tim ! I really like that moth. I cannot catch them up here in the northern part of Illinois however, when I travel down to Southern Illinois to collect I have found a few specimens. Trouble is most have pretty well worn colors (most of the time) so I pass them up on the hopes of finding better ones. I have just 2 or maybe 3 in my collection that have passed my tough standards. I swear these moths hatch out with worn colors....

Can one of our moderators kindly tell me why it is that when I try to post a picture now on this forum all the pops up is [attachment id="16346" thumbnail="1"}. I have posted pictures on the forum before with no issues in the past and I have no problems like this on the other forum. This is a recent developement. What does it mean and how can I fix the issue...

There are several free hosting companies where you can easy link as many big pics as you like in one post in a thread. I guess the attachment space was limited due to the cost from proboards, but I guess Olivier will add his views here on the subject.

I am still unable to post any photo's as they simply don't pop up once I insert them using the method I've always used here. I have attempted using Imgur but, have been stymied in trying to make that work for me. Hope, proboards will come of use again otherwise I won't be able to imput much without photo's to show. Pity.
