Dear all,
In December 2010, I had a contact with Mr. Erick Vela Bartra for Lycaenidae material from Peru (Iquitos). I paid $ 355 by Western Union to him + $ 80 (bank charges).
Then, I’ve got no news. I sent several messages to him.
Recently, he told me he has got no permit to export the butterflies. He said he will give my money back but never do it.
At the same time (January 11th, 2011), he put a new offer on eurofauna.com with the same material I already bought to trap another naive people like me !!
In the past, people had already the same problem with him but I didn't know it before :
