Yes that's chikae, it's not difficult to tell the difference once you've seen a few, the tails are more spatulate than on hermeli which are thinner, of course the undersides are quite different too, the seller probably knows it's chikae but is getting around cites by advertising it as hermeli, it happens a lot. Also hermeli does not occur in Luzon only Mindoro.
