Based on the chewed up foliage surrounding it, I would guess some kind of caterpillar. I'm not gonna try and guess more than that though, I'll leave that to someone with more knowledge.

no not mine,the picture was picked up from a chinese forum,people went there and "snaped" one photo for this "alian".
