Udara blackburnii, protected or not?

I thought it might be there, and yes it probably doesn't do enough damage to be considered a pest as it isn't a very large species and doesn't seem to multiply in large numbers. I assume it also feeds on other species of "grass" in the wild, since corn isn't native to Thailand.
