Hello, I am new to forum but i have a kind request, do you know what insect is this specifically? It has somewhere around 0.7 cm i suppose, opens sometimes wings, but i did not see it flying. Thank you for all answers Attachments:

Your insect is in the order Homoptera, likely in the family Cercopidae - the spittlebugs, but it could also be a species of Cicadellidae, the leafhoppers. Both are large families with lots of difficult-to-ID species. All are feeders on plants, piercing the tissues and feeding on fluids.
Also - be sure to include locality information with ID requests - 'where' the bug occurs can be an important hint to its identity...
