Hymenoptera id - small parasitoid wasp

Found some larvae of these shinny green-black wasps inside mud chambers (several in each) a couple of months ago; presumably parasitoids upon another hymenopteran which I recovered from unparasitised chambers which contained a much larger (>1cm long), single larva. Here's a male, about 3mm long, magnified. Looking for family id, or genus if someone's up to it. Location: Northern Portugal.

Edit: it'd be nice if someone was able to include/exclude this as a chrysidid.
