Find someone who does it regularly and have them do it for you.

Pretty much the same as US import. The US seller must have a license, there is one license that covers import and export. Then form is filled out and package and inspection $$ sent to USFWS for inspection. Then USFS sends it on.

I bought couple of moths in US for $90 and I was quite happy with the deal until I received call that paper work would cost another $90.00.

Hello, I wanted to ask that if a friend of mine that lives in USA wants to send me insects, no business involved in it, just as a present, would he need to have a permit for that and pay the license, etc. ?
Thank you Pedro
