This is my first frame and actualy it isnt completely finished i still have to put in 4 more that are still drying but im happy with how it has so far turned out. I had a friend of mine make a custom frame that is double glass and fairly deep and i went from there I made it for an art show coming up whose topic is elements and ive never seem butterflies there so i figured why not hope everyone enjoys it and sorry for the poor quality of the picture ill get a better one put up another day. --Royce California, USA Attachments:

Looks good! Is it for display only or do you plan to sell it at the art show?

It will be up for sale just because it is in the show but if it doesnt sell it will probably be hung up in my study

That is fantastic! But beware if you sell it that you have the paperwork for those Birdwings. Dave

Chances are no-one would bat an eyelid, but all you need is some 'jobsworth' to spot it and cause trouble. Great piece though, I am envious! Dave

I printed up photos of the species i was using and then i cut small lengths of hot glue gun sticks and i glues them to the back sheet then went through and started in the middle and worked my way out from the centerattaching specimens. Attachments:
