Insectdealer from Costa Rica. I met personally.. Now he starts to cheat ; I advanced 1OOO usd , never sent material .. apparantly cannot obtain permit.
But if this is the truth, why he not refund my money ? I bought for 10000+usd over the years ..
Waited over a year now .. so he had all chances to make this right.
TO AVOID !!!

Look at other threads. That CR has suspended export licenses is well documented.
In some cases the export material has been seized. Legally speaking, according to international shipping law (INCOTERMS) if a shipment is lost or seized it's the buyers problem; that is, unless your contract specifically indicates a different, recognized (e.g., CIP)contractual method.

I used to order from Andres from time to time. I did not have problems for the most part but he has become very pushy with his offers so I have not ordered from him for awhile. Thank you for posting this recent information which is very helpful.
