Hello

Would you help me with an indentification of this bug?

Size about 4 mm

I didn't have phone with me so i didn't shot it myself, but I am sure it is this bug.
Unfortunatelly this only photo i was able to find on the internet is without any description...

Location Czech rep. (east bohemia region), found it on a respberry shrub.
