Hi there, need some help identifying a bug that found its way into my living room and when squished it produced something that looked like blood. I live in NYC. I'm relatively concerned it's some weird roach as I've been having roach issues and am actively trying to eliminate them (gentrol disks, bait, sealing every crack I can find). I've never seen a bug bleed before when squished except perhaps a mosquito. This did not appear to have wings, was small, slender, and black or very dark brown. I first sprayed the bug with raid and it pretty much jumped off the wall and shriveled up. I know its hard to tell from the pics of this squished bug but any help would be appreciated as I'm quite paranoid.
