Hello,
South West France (Gers).
I visited a house to buy potentially. On the upstairs landing there was dark brown deposit. There were some holes in the ceiling above. Looking in the attic above the holes, I found dark brown, black beetle like insects, seemingly dead.
I am wondering if this could be an expensive infestation (e.g. termites) or something less significant.
