Hello everyone, Found many of this tiny insect crawling on my home walls. Location: Malaysia Should I be worried? some of it have wings, I think.. here it is next to millimeter scale Thank you in advance.

I don't think these are termites, they look like Psocoptera (book lice or bark lice), maybe family Psocidae. Many species of these feed on fungus, which is generally invisible to us, but grows on most surfaces, particularly in high humidity. I am sure that someone else here will offer a more informed reply than I can.
