Date: June 28, 2019 Location: Portland, OR Was found walking on grass at a park. Date: October 27, 2019 Location: Crockett, TX Was found on rabbit organs that I threw out in the field (I needed to gut a rabbit to cook if you are wondering why). Date: July 18, 2019 Location: Portland, OR Was found walking on grass at a park.

Your first beetle from Portland is a silphid beetle: Silphidae: Nicrophorinae: Nicrophorus defodiens Mannerheim
Your second, from Texas, is also a silphid: Silphidae: Nicrophorinae: Nicrophorus carolinus (Linnaeus) - in my experience, this is not a very common species
The third is an introduced species of ground beetle: Carabidae: Carabinae: Carabus nemoralis O.F. Muller
