Watch out for this guy.
He emailed a Photoshopped export document and wanted payment by Western Union only. Pretty obvious to spot.

I am getting an error when I try and upload the forged document for you to see. Maybe the board admin can fix that Unable to upload file scam.jpg. Error: This forum has exceeded its attachment space limit. Your file cannot be uploaded.

Unfortunately it is no longer possible to post photos directly to the forum. You need to use a photo hosting website and put the photo link in your post. Here's my explanation from insectnet.proboards.com/thread/4692/picture-attachment in the Technical Issues section: Here's the easy way to post photos, use a free photo hosting website. I recommend imgur.com, and here are instructions how to post photos on the forum once you have joined: After you sign up and log in to the website you will see a green circle top right. Click it for a menu to appear, then click on "images" and you will see a green "add images" button on the right, click that and upload your images there. Next click on the image you want to post here and you will see it on the left with a link menu on the right. Click "Copy" next to the link labelled "BBCode (message boards & forums)", then just paste the link in your post on the forum in the place you want the photo to appear. This way you can post as many photo links as you want inside a single forum post. Adam.

Thank you for the warning about this "trader". I want to point out that not all persons in foreign countries have paypal. I know it can be difficult to trust someone asking for an alternate method. If you run into a situation, ask the community and there's a fair chance someone has already dealt with a person in question. The exact thing happened to me once, and the trader was vouched for by someone I already knew, otherwise I probably would have not made the purchase. kevin
