Does anyone have recent experience with these guys? I found only one trading report on them but it was old. Great prices but you have to buy in bulk - they charge $200 for a CITES permit.

There is no cost from CITES for an export permit. It’s a form the exporter completes. Of course it has to be approved by the appropriate agency (Dept of Natural Resources or whatever it may be called) so there may be some “compensation “ involved.

They wait to have several buyers before processing the CITES permits. So delays can occur. Otherwise, very good quality and good service. I recommend this trader if you're not in a rush. Ron |

Due to the quarantine, they are now not sending parcels to Europe, and it is not known when they will start working, I ordered a large parcel and never received it, the seller from whom I bought ignores my messages.

I do not deal in specimens. I deal in the equipment that Entomologist use to collect and/or Kill insects.
Fortunately, I have a product codes. All are permissible in Europe, Africa, Asia and South America.
I believe that once this Covid19 settles down, the markets, including insects, will open up and then some.

They probably don’t have staff to raise butterflies or pack boxes, many natives ran home with the threat of COVID. They probably haven’t responded because they have nothing more to say and you keep asking when you’re going to get it. |

I've also ordered beetles from them several times and gotten very nice specimens that arrived in good condition.

beware of buying goods from them, received parcels from them several times, was satisfied. but when it came time to place an order for a large amount, I was deceived ...
