I found this caterpillar crawling in front of my bath room door. Please help me identify what kind of caterpillar is this? Because I have never seen before. The size is about as big as my pinkie. caterpillar

This larvae belongs to Cossidae family. Maybe species Cossus cossus. They are of large size caterpillars.

Which country was this picture taken in? The colors do not match for a Cossus cossus.

This larvae belongs to Cossidae family. Maybe species Cossus cossus. They are of large size caterpillars. It seems their skin made of hard substance. Similar to a centipede.

Which country was this picture taken in? The colors do not match for a Cossus cossus. This picture was taken from Indonesia. A tropical country located at equator line. It is not Cossus cossus as it doesn't occur in Indonesia. But my guess it is Cossidae, also the picture is not so good. Anyhow it will be hard to point to the species unless specialist in this group will turn up.
