Flying Ant - Constantly in Pool - Painful bites

First, I would like to say thank you for any help. Its very appreciated.
I live in upstate NY (around the Albany area). I live in a rural small village pretty close to a large creek / small river ) about 1/2 a mile.

I have had a pool for the last 4 years, no issues until last year. We started getting a very large amount of what it looks to be flying ants into the pool.They float on the water then crawl on people in the pool and bite them, its actually a pretty painful bite. My kids, wife, and friends have all been bit many times.
I just opened my pool this year and sure enough there is a few dead ones floating around in it already. Pics attached. I would like to identify and attempt to get rid of these.

I currently have terminex and they come out once a month to do a tick and mosquito treatment in my backyard along with a basic treatment around my house quarterly. (Mainly because i have a carpenter bee problem)
