I found these in a corn leaf about 2 inches wide, in SE Kansas. Is the smaller one the male?

They are a species of Crane fly but I am not knowledgeable enough on them to know which species. Yes, the smaller one is the male. The family of Crane flies is Tipulidae.

Thank you. I found an image of a Daddy Long Legs Crane Fly that looked like them, also one called Large Orange Crane Fly.
