The first one is difficult to see, whereas the second is a carpet beetle/dermestid.

Your first image appears to be a species of 'spider beetle' in the family Anobiidae. They are scavengers on organic matter and can be found near their food source. Check for infested grains or stored products in a pantry or kitchen.
