Hi, hope I'm doing this right so these bugs have been driving me insane. Can someone help me identify them I have no idea where they are coming from. Location is NYC. Images: imgur.com/a/wxMgUkASome additional information: I live in a relatively old home on the second floor. These bugs I can only find in my bedroom which has two windows one with an airconditioning unit. Only this room is carpeted. As far as I know these insects haven't appeared on the first floor or other rooms on the second. We had a housefly infestation around 6 months ago because something died in the attic walls. My father sprayed them down but they came back 2 months later so he sprayed them again and they haven't come back since. We also have a small roach problem. From observing them they seem to look like two different insects, but maybe they are just in different stages of growth? I included a smaller insect I only saw once in the pictures but its the two longer insects I keep seeing. The one that has two noticeable eyes I notice more on windows and the more full beetle looking insect I see on my ceiling. I have seen both fly. I can try to take more photos if needed. I generally find and kill ~4 a day in this room. If anyone can help me out that would be very appreciated.

Have you tried shutting your window? You got a beetle, probably a dermestid there A fly. Harmless. And an Elaterid/click beetle, tiddly winks are a good time. I would think you'd have other things to worry about currently. Like reverse racism, entitlement, political correctness and general insanity. Just sayin

If I offended you in any way I'm sorry? But thank you for your help. The windows are always shut. Perhaps they are coming in through the a.c. I will look into it.

They are just random insects. Not harmful or anything. I rejoice in the variety these creatures come in. They thrive in your area thats great, its life, its good. If there were no bugs around, id be worried.
