Thank you very much. The strong legs on that beetle hurt like miniature barbed wire. If you find one of these beetles and grab it, prepare for your hand to get scratched up haha.

P. didymus is the Central American species. P. truncatus is the North American species. Coincidentally, I caught one last night (in Cleveland, TX).
