This bug is roughly 1/8 inch, so it has been near impossible for me to accurately photograph. I hope all the pictures provided could be helpful to the trained eye. This bug was found walking along the carpet in my bedroom, and initially I thought it was an ant. I killed it with my shoe and then realized this wasn’t an ant. Can anyone ID this please? I live in Southern pennsylvania.
