I don't have a very good picture, because it is blurry and out of focus. This bug looked about an 1/8th of an inch long or so. It had a black head, black leg, black thorax, and a white-ish cream abdomen. It had 2 long front legs like a praying mantis, 4 other 'normal' legs, and its butt(abdomen?) was white-ish cream with what looked like black dots on the inside of the white/cream butt/abdomen area. I am not sure if I saw wings or not. When I first saw it, the first insect I thought of was a mantis of some type. I am not sure what it is, even after looking it up. The sighting of this insect was in Brevard, North Carolina.
