I can't find a way to post a picture that I took. How do I do it?

I think this is how to do it:
To post an image using a mobile phone you first need to upload the image to a photo hosting website. Next you copy the photo URL and put image formatting tags in manually from the phone. Type [ img ][ /img ] without the spaces and paste the image link in between the tags. When you send the post the photo should appear in the forum.
