It's summer time in Toronto, Canada and I'm getting infested by these tiny flies! I don't know where they are coming from, I kill a dozen, only to come back to my kitchen to a dozen more of these critters.. this fly has been invading my house since the summer began. Can someone please identify it and if possible, what is the most effective way of getting rid of them, thank you forum on bugs, please come in handy for me! Attached are two photos. I look forward to your replies! ibb.co/DVGvF1dibb.co/HCkKCSC

They are Plodia interpunctella, known as waxworms or flour moth.
They eat ceareal or fruit.
Find their food source, something in your kitchen will have tiny caterpillars in it. Cereal should only be stored in sealed containers.
